We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team in Navi Mumbai, India. In this role, you will serve as a key operational support function, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining professional standards across all project activities.
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track and meet established deadlines
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project plans
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, team members, and management to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives
- Track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to support effective project financial management
- Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting materials to all participants
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, escalating concerns to project management as needed
- Maintain organized project files and databases, ensuring all documentation is current and easily accessible
- Support the coordination of resources, equipment, and vendor services required for project execution
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports for stakeholder review
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence management
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or related administrative roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with project management software such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and address project challenges proactively
- Preferred: Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Preferred: Experience with advanced Excel functions and data analysis
- Preferred: Previous experience in vendor or supplier coordination
- Preferred: Familiarity with budget tracking and financial reporting processes
