This role manages campaign tracking and coordination, forecasts revenue, resolves technical issues, and provides expertise to clients while enhancing campaign effectiveness and proposing tactics.
The purpose of this role is to own the campaign management across Dentsu clients within the Addressable team.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities: Works directly with the internal media team to ensure all tracking is in place and mapping correctly and continuously monitor campaigns to ensure everything is serving correctly Coordinates with the internal Media team to aid in identifying, reporting and resolving technical issues Provides detailed weekly revenue forecasts and responds to billing enquiries for all monthly performance activity Provides the 'technical expertise' needed to communicate with the client and explain campaign progress / address any blocking issues Builds campaign proposals including a set of tactics matching with the overall goal of the advertiser Exports data from the ad server interface and combines it in a correct way with DSP data points if needed Maintains an in-depth knowledge of the Programmatic eco-system, keeping up to date with new ad technology functionality and understanding the potential opportunities presented by specific technology Contributes to updating best practices and offers insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness Offers consultative ideas to the Operation, Account and Commercial team to help them with pitching new business, improving campaignLocation:
