The Community Operations organization at Uber is where real people solve real problems in real time. As a Program Manager, you aren’t just a coordinator; you are a builder of the processes that make an effortless and efficient customer support experience possible for millions of users. You’ll partner cross-functionally to launch support for new products while relentlessly refining existing services. The work is high-velocity and high-stakes, requiring you to bridge the gap between digital strategy and real-world execution.

What you’ll do
- Structure complex projects from initial intake, creating detailed project plans with clear milestones that keep the business moving forward.
- Support managers and project leads on cross-site initiatives, ensuring alignment and consistent execution across different regions and teams.
- Communicate and address blockers with urgency, navigating tension and influencing stakeholders to keep projects on track.
- Track and follow up on action items and deliverables, holding stakeholders accountable to ensure no detail is missed in our high-speed environment.
- Define and measure project targets against business metrics, providing the quantitative proof that our support services are delivering real value.
- Perform new business intakes, evaluating the impact of new initiatives and structuring them for successful implementation.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience working with a variety of stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic business acumen with a foundational understanding of operational metrics.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies to identify and scale operational efficiencies.
- Experience with stakeholder management, specifically the ability to align conflicting priorities and drive consensus.
- Demonstrated ability to stay resilient and adaptable when navigating shifting project priorities or timelines.
- Experience using data to influence decisions and measure the success of cross-functional projects.
