THE OPPORTUNITY
Project Delivery
Manage end‑to‑end delivery of customer implementation and delivery projects
Build and maintain project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Track project progress and provide regular status reporting to customers and internal stakeholders
Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues with clear recommendations
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary day‑to‑day point of contact for assigned customer projects
Build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders
Ensure clear, proactive communication and expectation management throughout the project lifecycle
Cross‑Functional Coordination
Coordinate work across functional, technical, and operations teams
Facilitate project meetings, status calls, and Agile ceremonies as appropriate
Work effectively with global and distributed teams
Financial & Operational Control
Track project effort and burn against statement of work and budget
Flag scope changes, delivery risks, or commercial concerns early
Maintain accurate project documentation
Continuous Improvement
Apply standard delivery methodologies, tools, and templates
Contribute to ongoing improvements in delivery practices and reporting
THE SKILL SET
Able to work EMEA or US business hours Monday to Friday and occasional weekends.
5–8 years of experience in project management for enterprise software or SaaS implementations
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
Prefer a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Comfortable working with global customers and distributed teams
Prefer experience with SaaS platforms, cloud solutions, integrations, or data‑driven applications
Exposure to post‑go‑live support, upgrades, or operational projects
PMP certification (or working toward it), and Agile or Scrum certification (CSM or equivalent) desirable
Nice to have - experience with pricing, CPQ, or enterprise commercial systems
Limited travel may be required (typically less than 20%), depending on project needs
