Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration Platform Rationalization
- Lead programs to streamline enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., Slack and Microsoft Teams).
- Define migration strategies, governance frameworks, and adoption plans.
- Content Management Programs
- Oversee initiatives related to enterprise content management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Document Management Systems).
- Drive governance, lifecycle management, and compliance for content repositories.
- Ensure alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Security & Compliance Reporting
- Drive reporting and remediation programs for vulnerability management across collaboration and content platforms.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Awareness & Adoption Programs
- Manage initiatives to raise awareness of enterprise applications and best practices for collaboration and content management.
- Coordinate campaigns, training, and communication plans to improve user engagement.
- Program Governance & Delivery
- Establish governance frameworks for collaboration and content management programs.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and report status to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with a focus on collaboration and content management technologies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise communication platforms (Slack, Microsoft Teams) and content management systems (SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Experience in vulnerability management and compliance reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- PMP or PgMP certification preferred; ITIL knowledge is a plus.

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
