Job Summary
The Program Manager, India will help advances the India Career Accelerator Program (“ICAP”) and other initiatives for CFA Institute India Private Limited (CFAIIPL). This role supports best practices learning, fosters collaboration, and provides credible customer data and insights to product development, business development, marketing, and senior stakeholders.
This role will play a critical role in the delivery of a portfolio of professional readiness programs and requires a process-oriented and detail-oriented person who is comfortable working with global, cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will take ownership of their programs end-to-end, focusing on driving learner satisfaction, program completion, and online delivery at scale. This includes ensuring course launch readiness, managing trainers and content providers, collaborating with stakeholders, and analyzing data to continuously improve learner experience.
The position is based in Mumbai. It will report to Director, Partnerships & Client Solutions India. This role is employed by CFA Institute India Private Limited (CFAIIPL) and operates within the India Market.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Program Management (60%)
- Own the end-to-end learner journey, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from onboarding to completion.
- Ensure cohort launch is ready to go live, including quality control, writing participant communications, and planning live sessions.
- Monitor learner engagement metrics including completion rates, satisfaction scores, trainer ratings, withdrawals, and dropouts.
- Manage requests from the program participants and swiftly resolve problems in program delivery as they occur.
- Engage with all program participants and create resume banks for different roles and profiles.
- Analyze learner feedback and course results to recommend design or process improvements for future iterations.
- Ensure program delivery is scalable, consistent, and aligned with CFA Institute standards
Partnership & Stakeholder Management (20%)
- Manage internal and external stakeholders by maintaining healthy relationships across outreach, design, training partnerships, and content creators.
- Provide regular updates on program performance, learner insights, and delivery progress.
- Provide relevant information on the health of the program to cross-functional stakeholders and CFA Institute India team.
- Work with the Member Value team to plan, execute and maintain value-adding communities for Members.
Governance and Enablement (20%)
- Propose and develop solutions to continuously improve the overall learner experience.
- Develop playbooks, documentation, and quality standards to improve consistency across cohorts.
- Work cross-functionally and proactively to improve program delivery processes. Provide support service to any inbound queries or grievances.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, business line managers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a unified, consistent, and strategic approach to external engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and facilitate the execution of sales initiatives.
