This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their expertise in Jira and the Atlassian suite. As an Atlassian Engineer, you’ll help administer, support, and improve Jira and Confluence while assisting with automation, integrations, and troubleshooting. You’ll work closely with teams across the company to ensure they have the tools and workflows needed to succeed.
In this role you will get to:

Assist in administering and configuring Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.

Support end-users by troubleshooting Jira and Confluence issues, answering questions, and providing guidance.

Help create and refine Jira workflows, custom fields, dashboards, and automation to improve team efficiency.

Work with senior team members to maintain integrations between Atlassian tools and external systems such as Slack, Workday, and Active Directory.

Learn and apply best practices for Jira governance, security, and performance.

Document common issues, solutions, and best practices in Confluence to improve team knowledge sharing.

Stay up to date with Atlassian product updates and help implement new features.Assist in managing Jira Service Management requests and troubleshooting end-user issues.

Participate in system testing, documentation, and process improvement efforts.

Engage with vendors and Atlassian support to investigate and resolve issues.

Support internal teams in using Jira and Confluence effectively, including basic training.

Potential to work on AI systems like Glean, Chatgpt, or Google Agent space.
Who you are:

3+ years experience with Jira and Confluence, either as a user, administrator, or through coursework/certification.

Eager to learn and grow in the field of Atlassian administration and workflow automation.

A strong problem solver, with a logical approach to troubleshooting technical issues.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

A good communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Familiar with IT support principles, and comfortable assisting users with technical requests.

Knowledgeable (or willing to learn) about automation tools, such as Automation for Jira, Workato, or iPaaS platforms.

Priceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
