Role Description
This role is part of the Managed Solutions team and is critical for ensuring seamless product governance and lifecycle management. The role will take ownership of transitioning tasks from other regional teams to systematically create a structured Book of Work that supports global control and governance standards and efficiency. The role will manage lifecycle processes, compliance checks, and operational controls for complex products, while supporting global product governance, Run-The-Bank activities, and client onboarding for centrally managed projects.

Your key responsibilities
- Compilation and maintenance of regional GFR lists: The Global GFR (Global Funds Research) list needs to be reviewed on a monthly basis for compilation of the regional GFR list based on data sourced from Morning Star.
- Funds due diligence: Annual due diligence for select funds. Requires updating of company and corporate KYC question responses provided by the KYC team into the due diligence platforms and uploading of latest documents.
- Trading support requests from Investment Managers: Adhoc co-ordination with the ops. team to resolve trading issues
- Fact sheet maintenance: New factsheets are received on a quarterly basis from third party managers. The team needs to compare the old and new fact sheets and highlight changes for approval.
Your skills and experience
- Degree in Finance, Banking, or related field
- Exposure in banking, global advisory processes and cross-regional coordination
- Strong communication skills with ability to clearly articulate one’s viewpoints/ challenges and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience, preferably in Private Bank/ Wealth Management
- Highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability
- Proficiency in MS Office, preparing charts/ graphs, using advanced functions and tools in Excel
- Ability to excel under pressure and possess a “can-do” attitude with an ability to ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
- Good team player, independent and reliable
- Automation experience preferred
