Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our team at GE Vernova HQ. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the consumption and financial aspects of our collaboration and productivity tools within the SaaS product portfolio, managing contract extensions, handling business usage, leading the operations team, and executing strategic projects. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery and optimization of our products.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration & Productivity Tools Consumption:
    • Monitor and analyze usage patterns of collaboration and productivity tools.
    • Implement strategies to optimize tool usage and enhance user value.
    • Collaborate with businesses to drive tool adoption.
  • Financials:
    • Manage financials related to collaboration and productivity tools, including budgeting, forecasting.
    • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company standards.
  • PO Extensions:
    • Oversee the management of product extensions and enhancements for collaboration and productivity tools.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize extension features.
  • Business Usage:
    • Analyze business usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in collaboration and productivity tools.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase tool utilization and user satisfaction.
  • Operations Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor the operations team to ensure efficient delivery and support of collaboration and productivity tools.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Project Execution:
    • Plan, execute, and oversee strategic projects related to the development and enhancement of collaboration and productivity tools.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably within the energy technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of collaboration and productivity tools, SaaS product consumption, financials, and business operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven project management experience with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with financial management and revenue recognition principles.
  • Knowledge of SaaS product lifecycle management.
  • Certification in Product Management or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
