Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Personal Insurance. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management frameworks. - Experience in developing and maintaining product roadmaps and backlogs. - Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
