Your Contribution:
- Customer Insights (30%): Understand the customer journey and delineate customer requirements to form the basis for product requirements.
- Agile Product Development (20%): Collect input from customer conversations, observations, and beta-user tests to support agile product development and the UX team.
- Sales and Marketing Support (10%): Utilize your product knowledge to assist the sales and marketing departments in driving the rollout and monetization of products and services.
- Requirement Management (20%): Define and prioritize product requirements in close collaboration with development teams.
- AI Development (10%): Support the development of AI-driven decision support systems to enhance the efficiency and quality of e-health solutions.
- Collaboration (5%): Work closely with data scientists and AI experts to integrate AI algorithms into the product architecture.
- Compliance (5%): Ensure compliance with data protection, medical device regulations, and security standards during the development and implementation of AI solutions.
What You Bring:
- Educational Background: A degree in IT, business administration, business informatics, or equivalent professional experience in software development or healthcare.
- Domain Experience: Proven domain experience in e-health and professional experience in software product management or software project management, preferably in an international environment.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Jira, Confluence, Office, and agile software development methodologies (e.g., Kanban or Scrum).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian and English.
- AI Knowledge: Solid foundational knowledge in AI technologies and machine learning.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving competence.
- Communication and Teamwork: High communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
