Job Overview:

As a Product Marketing Manager, Go-to-Market (GTM), you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and customer-facing teams to bring new enterprise-focused capabilities to market. This role sits at the critical intersection of product development and field enablement—translating new features into clear value propositions, customer-ready narratives, and revenue-driving go-to-market motions. You will drive major product initiatives, guide launch strategy, and equip the field with the tools and messaging needed to win. You’ll use customer and market insights to shape product direction while enabling Sales and Customer Success (CS) teams to translate product innovation into measurable business impact.

Location - Delhi/NCR

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product Management to define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for enterprise product capabilities.
  • Build and execute GTM and launch plans, including customer communication, enablement materials, and internal alignment.
  • Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into recommendations that shape product requirements and roadmap prioritization.
  • Develop and maintain product narratives, pitch materials, and sales enablement content that support adoption across enterprise segments.
  • Analyze product usage, customer needs, and market trends to inform GTM strategies and optimize in-market performance.
  • Collaborate with regional teams, CS, and Sales to identify friction points, gather feedback, and drive adoption of product features globally.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related go-to-market function.
  • Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market initiatives for SaaS, B2B, or enterprise technology products.
  • Experience translating customer or market insights into product recommendations or messaging.
  • Experience developing enablement assets such as product briefs, messaging guides, or sales materials.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to haves:

  • Background in EdTech, HR tech, learning platforms, or enterprise workforce solutions.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers or presenting product value to external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with global teams or supporting multi-region product rollouts.
  • Experience using AI or data-driven tools to analyze customer insights, market signals, or product usage patterns.
  • Familiarity with enterprise buyer personas such as learning leaders, HR executives, and talent development teams.
