Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with business objectives, leveraging market research and data insights.
- Competitor Benchmarking: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market opportunities, threats, and best practices to stay ahead in the industry.
- Data Analytics: Utilize advanced data analytics to track and analyze key growth metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize growth initiatives.
- Customer Success and Experience: Foster a customer-centric culture focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, enhancing customer success programs to ensure high user satisfaction and retention.
- Growth Hacking: Identify and execute innovative growth hacking strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, continuously testing and iterating to find the most effective tactics.
- User Experience (UX): Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance user experience, ensuring seamless interactions and high customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Activation: Lead marketing activation initiatives to boost brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support sales efforts through targeted campaigns and programs.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for growth initiatives, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Partnerships: Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships to expand market reach and drive growth, ensuring mutual success and alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of growth-focused experience within B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of customer success and customer experience (CX).
- Expertise in competitor benchmarking and market analysis.
- Proficient in data analytics and making data-led decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of technology and product management.
- Experience in growth hacking, user experience (UX), and marketing growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
