Job Description

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager with a growth marketing mindset to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the B2B sector. This role is critical in taking our product from its current state to the next level, focusing on growth, scaling, and driving revenue.


Responsibilities

- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive growth and take the product from 1 to 10, resulting in increased revenue.

- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to align on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels to drive product awareness, adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

- Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.

- Work with the content team to create high-quality marketing materials, including case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and presentations.

- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.

- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion that directly contribute to revenue.

- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.


Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B sector.

- Proven track record of driving product growth and taking products from early stages to maturity.

- Strong understanding of growth marketing principles and tactics.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Experience with digital marketing channels and tools.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with SaaS products and technology platforms.

- Knowledge of the data industry and data-driven marketing.

- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
