Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager with over 5 years of experience, preferably in the e-commerce domain, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, creating detailed product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.

  • Gather and document business requirements through BRDs and user stories.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact products.

  • Manage and optimize e-commerce product catalogs and ensure seamless customer experience.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback reviews to identify product opportunities.

  • Prioritize features and enhancements using data-driven decision-making.

  • Own product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement.

  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and KPIs.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product management experience (preferably in e-commerce).

  • Proven experience in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other product management tools.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives across teams.

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred:
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).

  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and tools like Figma, Balsamiq (optional)
