Leads consulting design/implementation assignments in defined consultancy areas. Advises customers on business related issues. Plays an active role in designing new innovative services based on future business trends and needs. Leads work packages (project parts) in business process or system design/implementation assignments. Leads/supports presales teams for customer assignments. Follows business trends and leads/supports offering development teams. Proactively produces leads for customer assignments.
Estimates efforts for the designed solution
- You will be contributing to product development, maintenance and delivery of products including HLD, LLD, development and verification of 5G NR Protocol Software.
- Focus to continuously improve system performance with quality deliverables.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Skills Required:
- Candidate should have hands on experience in driving team for product delivery of 5G RAN.
- Proficient in using version control tools such as Git, Gerrit, and project management tools like Jira.
- The candidate should have experience of agile ways of working.
- Self-driven and proactive approach.
- Experience from cloud technologies like microservices, containers, etc. is also a merit.
- Candidate should have effective communication skills and enjoy working in a dynamic and global environment.
- Candidate should have coding skills in C/C++.
- Candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of 3GPP Specification - specifically Layer1, Layer 2 and Layer 3.
- Knowledge of Layer1 - Layer2 interfaces and Layer2 - Layer3 interfaces will be preferred.
- Knowledge of 3GPP radio access standardization of LTE/5G NR, ORAN split architecture (preferably Radio protocols), including algorithms and protocols would be preferred.
