About the Role:

Oliv.AI is looking for a highly motivated and organized Product Intern to join our Product team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing the day-to-day tasks and workflows that power product development. As a Product Operations Intern, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the wheels of product development turning smoothly by ensuring tasks are completed on time, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing operational workflows.

What You’ll Do:

  • Task and Workflow Management: Manage and prioritize product development tasks using ClickUp, ensuring that tickets are created, tracked, and completed on time. Maintain an organized and up-to-date task pipeline.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Follow up on meeting outcomes and action items. Act as a liaison between product, engineering, and other teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks.
  • Product Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist with product testing to ensure features meet quality standards, functionality requirements, and user satisfaction before release.
  • Process Optimization: Contribute ideas to streamline product development processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve overall efficiency.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including product specs, meeting notes, and action items.
  • Data Management & Analytics: Assist with creating and maintaining product analytics dashboards using SQL. Help track key performance metrics and insights that inform product decisions.
  • Product Lifecycle Exposure: Gain a holistic understanding of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch analysis, by shadowing the team and assisting with various stages of development.

What We Need:

  • A student or recent graduate with an interest in Product Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (internships, projects, or coursework) in managing tasks, workflows, or supporting product teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, particularly ClickUp (or similar tools like Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to track, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL with the ability to create queries for product analytics and dashboards.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative attitude, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team.

Compensation: INR 20,000 to 30,000/month
