Weave is on a mission to elevate the patient experience through a unified platform that improves business operations so healthcare professionals can focus on patient care and realize their dreams.

We are looking for a Product Designer to design intuitive, insightful, and actionable analytics experiences within Weave's platform. This designer will focus on evolving Weave's analytics capabilities from purely descriptive (what happened) to predictive and prescriptive (what will happen and why), helping small healthcare businesses make data-driven decisions that improve their operations and patient outcomes.

This position is: Remote (India)
Reports to: Product Design Manager

What You Will Own
  • Design end-to-end user experiences for analytics and reporting features, from dashboards and data visualization to predictive insights and recommendations.

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering partners to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions.

  • Partner with Product Managers to shape the vision and roadmap for Weave's analytics capabilities.

  • Design data visualization patterns and charting components that balance clarity, depth, and accessibility.

  • Leverage and extend Weave's Design System for analytics and data-heavy interface patterns.

  • Conduct user research with practice owners, office managers, and front-office staff to understand how they use data to run their businesses.

  • Use analytics tools (Pendo, Sigma, etc.) to measure and validate design impact.

  • Contribute to design culture through critiques, learnings, and mentorship.

  • Ensure quality and cohesion across design handoffs and implementation.

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or equivalent education).

  • Strong UX and visual design fundamentals, especially in data visualization and information-dense interfaces.

  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping and user research tools.

  • Comfort using analytics and research tools (Pendo, Sigma, Maze, etc.).

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

  • Understanding of basic analytics concepts and how to make data accessible to non-technical users.

What Will Make Us Love You
  • Experience designing dashboards, reporting tools, or business intelligence interfaces.

  • Interest in predictive analytics, AI-driven insights, or recommendation systems.

  • Strong information architecture skills with the ability to organize and present complex data hierarchies.

  • Data visualization expertise with knowledge of charting best practices and accessibility considerations.

  • Experience designing for small business owners who need actionable insights without analytics expertise.

  • Systems-thinking mindset and attention to detail.

  • Clarity-driven visual design that aligns with Weave's brand.

  • Self-directed yet collaborative; comfortable owning mid-sized projects end-to-end.
