About the Role
Vyro.ai is on the lookout for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of generative AI-based digital products. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to the design and product direction, playing a critical role in defining the user experience and visual language across our suite of products. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to craft user-centric, functional, and visually stunning solutions that push the boundaries of innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive the end-to-end design process for new features and product improvements — from initial concept and user flows to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to deliver cohesive, high-impact product experiences.
- Conduct and leverage user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Use analytics and data-driven insights to identify opportunities for product growth and optimization.
- Contribute to and evolve Vyro’s design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all products
- Help shape and reinforce a strong, user-centered design culture within the organization.
- Maintain a high bar for quality, attention to detail, and design craft in every aspect of your work.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience designing and shipping large-scale, consumer-facing or enterprise digital products.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX, UI, and interaction design excellence, with a focus on usability, clarity, and visual polish.
- Proven experience solving complex design problems and translating them into elegant, scalable solutions.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to effectively articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- A passion for working in AI-driven environments and a curiosity for how AI-first products should be designed and experienced.
- Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, UX psychology, interaction design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience working with or contributing to design systems and handing off polished designs to engineering teams.
