  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals and technical feasibility.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.

  • Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1, keyboard navigation, color contrast).

  • Work on data-rich enterprise interfaces and translate complex workflows into simple, elegant designs.

  • Advocate for the user throughout the development process and maintain a user-first mindset.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3–7 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or interaction design.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process for enterprise or SaaS applications.

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.

  • Experience working with or designing for Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, or Azure-based products.

  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Blazor) is a plus but not required.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience designing for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Knowledge of Fluent Design System or other design systems.

  • Experience working with developers using Azure DevOps or GitHub workflows.

  • Understanding of enterprise IT constraints, including security and compliance considerations.
