As an Application Support Associate in our Portfolio Investment Governance tooling team, you will spend each day maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving a suite of interconnected applications at the heart of Finance & Business Management. You will be responsible for collaborating across Chief Finance Office teams, Controllers, Business Managers, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless operation and continuous enhancement of our platforms.
Our team oversees the firm's most critical systems for Investment Governance, Financial Management, Execution & Delivery, and strategic objectives. You will gain hands-on experience in product management, software development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and production lifecycle methodologies, while adhering to risk guidelines.
You will be responsible for resolving incidents, analyzing patterns to prevent future issues, and delivering technical and procedural training to users. You will build key relationships with cross-functional teams, enabling our products to continuously deliver value and support the firm's strategic goals. Job Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for applications within the Portfolio Investment Governance platform.
- Identify and remediate potential client-impacting incidents quickly and effectively.
- Troubleshoot priority incidents, conduct post-mortems, and ensure permanent closure.
- Analyze incident patterns, develop remediation plans, and collaborate with technology teams to prevent future issues.
- Work with Chief Finance Office teams and other partners to evaluate dependencies, requirements, and schedules.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to execute delivery tasks and resolve issues.
- Deliver technical and procedural user training, coaching, and guidance for supported applications.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5+ years of technical experience in technology environments, including platform, database, and application dependencies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, real-time transaction processing applications, and enterprise incident management practices.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong issue management skills, including problem identification, root cause analysis, and solution recommendation.
- Ability to process information quickly and make risk-based decisions.
- Excellent time management and communication skills; able to work calmly under pressure.

- Experience in the financial industry.
- Product management or relevant domain expertise.
- Experience in operational management and change readiness activities.
- Knowledge of the product development life cycle.
