About the Opportunity
We are looking for a results-driven Process Manager with strong knowledge of cloud-native development, particularly in Java Spring Boot environments. You will design, implement, and optimize software development and delivery processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with business goals. Experience in service assurance, telecom, or enterprise software is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Define and improve Agile/DevOps-driven development and delivery processes.
Collaborate with engineering teams working on Java, Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Ensure SDLC compliance across requirements, development, testing, and release.
Monitor KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive process excellence.
Work with PO, architects, QA, and DevOps for cross-functional alignment.
Apply service assurance knowledge to validate workflows and use cases.
Facilitate retrospectives, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead process automation for speed, traceability, and governance.
Mentor teams on best practices and documentation standards.
Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerization.
Experience with Java/Spring Boot and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Domain knowledge in service assurance, OSS/BSS, or telecom.
Proficiency with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools (Git, Jira, Confluence).
Knowledge of GDPR, SRM guidelines, and release management.
Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process adoption.
Good to Have
Experience with Jira/Confluence administration.
Knowledge of Zabbix, RabbitMQ, HAProxy.
Exposure to GCP, Terraform, and Kubernetes administration.
