You'll be responsible for:
Achieving/exceeding targets of service delivery.
Conducting ""on the job"" training wherever relevant.
Learning and executing BCP tasks.
Ensuring no fines or penalties are imposed.
Preventing claims.
Providing suggestions to improve efficiencies.
Contributing with ideas/suggestions for overall improvement of the operations business unit.
