Responsible for implementing Manufacturing Flow Charts, Standard Work, procedures, Control Plans and FMEAs
Propose change in Manufacturing Setup as well as designing new manufacturing lines
Have sound operational knowledge of MSA, SPC, GD&T, Tolerance stack-up, Engineering Material properties, ergonomics & Poka-yokes etc
