Job Description:
Responsible for:
- Responsible to support User Management team being an active team member
- Equipment sizing, Plant Lay out studies, overall Engineering review of the green/brown Field Project.
- Coordination with key stake holder in project engineering.
- Project Execution activities and handover to end users with training.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Review of Engineering drawings to suite user requirements in AutoCAD, PDF, Visio formats Process flow PFD preparation with desired battery limit Prepare and reviews of P&IDs and suggest on improvisations Writing functional specifications for automation programming Review of DQ, IQ, HQ & OQ for new equipment’s and delivery of the same for the process. Material and Man Movement plan preparation Pallets calculations for Liquid and Solid storage with internal plant vehicle Transport layout preparation. Equipment sizing and design reviews of the drawings Compliance to all Food safety/Regulatory/EHS requirements Track, Monitor Project Execution activities and handovers to end users. Responsible for Co-ordination with all relevant stakeholders from the project Team, Engineering/ consulting company and Operation Teams for the project delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or similar with 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge on Food processing technologies, equipment’s and manufacturing industry
- Working experience in companies having FSSC, FSSAI or certifications
- Having experience of EHEDG guidelines
Candidate profile:
Candidate should have
- Project Execution, Engineering Design knowledge and Process Industry experience
- Technological Expertise in field of mechanical, Instrumentation, Fully automatic process plants etc.
- Experience with DCS or 800Xa platform will have added advantage.
- Working experience with AutoCAD, Visio, Solid Works

Transport - Available from Kharghar Station and Panvel Station.
