Leads or coordinates project teams from design to delivery. Leverages knowledge, expertise and project management skills to direct team members, resolve issues and ensure achievement of project goals. Plans, organizes, secures and manages resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. Facilitates engagement of project team members and ensures all project phases are designed, executed and delivered in a manner that meets customer expectations. Facilitates cross-functional teams, ensuring execution of defined deliverables and driving key decisions.

  • Leads and manages large, complex enterprise-level initiatives consisting of multiple teams and / or requiring integration with other activities outside the normal project scope.
  • Works with functional, operational and other leaders to ensure individual projects align and are consistent within broader program objectives.
  • Leads and oversees project initiation, risk assessment, team selection and startup, execution and post-project review.
  • Initiates and leads process improvement task forces, facilitating and encouraging improvements based on lessons learned and state-of-the-art project management techniques.
  • Drives change and continually improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the Project / Program Management group.
  • Sought out by functional and business leaders / teams to lead or provide advice on important projects.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Project and Program Management.
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
