Lead the Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits workstream: run client workshops, translate requirements into solution design, configure and test Benefits, support UAT, go-live and post-production, and collaborate with technical and global teams to deliver implementations.
Experience: 8–10 Years on Oracle Fusion HCM
Key Requirements- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits implementation
- Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits implementations as a Lead Functional Consultant.
- Proven client-facing experience, including requirements gathering, solution design, workshops, and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in Benefits configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
- Flexible to work in shifts based on project and customer requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other Oracle Fusion HCM modules like Core HR
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
