Job DescriptionREQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 11+ years.
- Strong experience working as a Product Consultant, Functional SME, Product Owner, or Solution Architect.
- Hands-on functional expertise in HCM/WFM domains such as HR, Payroll, Scheduling, Forecasting, Timekeeping, Absence Management, or similar operational areas.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, platform-agnostic functional solutions aligned with business outcomes.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as UKG Pro, UKG Ready, UKG Pro WFM, or similar systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, Infor, ADP, etc.
- Strong experience in solution design, blueprinting, and gap-fit analysis across enterprise platforms.
- Ability to identify value propositions, ROI-based solution narratives, and business benefits for clients.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, sales, marketing, and practice leaders to support solution roadmaps and offerings.
- Exposure to AI/ML, predictive analytics, automation, and accelerator development within enterprise solution environments.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI responses, workshops, solution blueprinting, and defining integration touchpoints.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management practices.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and UX/visualization tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, or Visio.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with good communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing the client’s needs in the context of the project
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
- Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
