- Manage Personalized Education Plans (PEPs), including the tracking of individual student progress and necessary follow-ups.

- Encourage and monitor the adoption of innovative pedagogical approaches by the teaching staff.
- Ensure the seamless delivery of diverse educational services, including formal, non-formal, and therapeutic programs, alongside scholarship administration.
