The PPC Specialist will strategize and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn, manage budgets, and improve tracking and ROI.
We are looking for a data-driven Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. You will be responsible for driving high-quality leads in the America region, scaling paid campaigns, improving attribution accuracy, and maximizing ROI across channels. This role requires strong executional skills, advanced tracking knowledge, and hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, execute, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn demand-generation campaigns
- Manage large monthly budgets with a strong focus on pipeline growth and measurable ROI
- Set up accurate tracking using Google Tag Manager, attribution models, and conversion pixels
- Implement A/B testing for messaging, creatives, and landing experiences
- Partner with content, design, and sales teams to align on ICP, targeting, and campaign funnels
- Develop performance dashboards and deliver insights to accelerate campaign success
- Ensure smooth integration of leads into CRM and nurturing workflows
- Utilize automation platforms for lead scoring, routing, and conversion tracking
- Keep up with the latest advertising trends, platform innovations, and best practices
Requirements
- 7–8 years of hands-on PPC/demand generation experience
- Strong command of Google Search, Display, YouTube & LinkedIn Lead Gen campaigns
- Proven experience handling high-budget paid campaigns
- Expertise with analytics and tracking tools:
- Google Analytics, GTM, Google Conversions
- Experience with marketing automation & CRM platforms:
- HubSpot, Marketo, RampMetrics, Zoho (or similar)
- Proven success in B2B tech or SaaS marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
