We operate at the heart of the digital transformation of our business. The Citizen Development Specialist is part of the technical program management group within the DT CTO Unified Collaborations team. We deliver modern workspace technologies and enable everyone to be more productive using Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.
As a Citizen Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Leading Citizen Development Community engagement through training, new features introduction, hackathons, workshops, and onboarding
- Citizen Development Specialist is a catalyst for talent transformation. Upskilling the organization with the latest productivity tools, training and tips for all technologies within DT CTO UC scope, i.e., Power Platform, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
- Staying current with the Power Platform technology roadmap, new features, and advise on potential governance needs
- Providing guidance to Community members on Power Platform governance, compliance, security, and best practices
- Maintaining active communication within the Citizen Development Community to ensure members are well informed about updates, events, and opportunities for collaboration
- Promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Develop productivity tools for the Power Platform governance processes, and internal team accelerators using approved Baker Hughes technologies, primarily Power Platform and Microsoft 365
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Have Minimum bachelor degree in management, computer science or engineering
- Have Minimum 1 year of working experience and strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform services, deeper knowledge on Power Apps Canvas Apps and Cloud flow development is required
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 services how they integrate with Power Platform
- Ability to lead and engage a community of Citizen Developers
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business users globally
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
