Responsibilities

  • Incident Handling
  • Support projects during major incidents (e.g. hacking/security incidents, collapse of CEX, etc)
  • Identify root cause and assess impact of incident on Binance and Projects
  • Work with internal BUs and external project to minimize impact

  • Research and Risk Management
  • Conduct review on performance of listed tokens
  • Understand quantitative and qualitative metrics use in reviewing tokens – e.g. product adoption metrics, on-chain metrics, project development, community sentiments, etc
  • Identify risks associated with tokens
  • Recommend and implement measures on based on risks associated with token
  • Evaluate requests from listed projects (rebrand, mainnet integration, swap, etc) 
  • Write concise reports on risks identified, requests and incidents
  • Drive initiatives to improve risk detection and risk mitigation

  • Operations
  • Onboard new listings (e.g. gather key info, prepare for trading)
  • Liaise with all parties to facilitate operational requests by listed tokens (e.g. airdrop, cross chain swap, old to new swap, etc)
  • Optimize process/SOP

Requirements

  • 5-9 years of proven success (research or consulting experience is relevant)
  • Critical thinker and able to grasp key principles & identify root causes
  • Analytical and structured
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation
  • Good crypto knowledge
  • Driven, self-starter and able to evaluate risks and rewards of different decisions
