As a Podcast Manager, you will develop strategies to onboard creators, build relationships, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with various teams to enhance podcasting and video content engagement.
Spotify’s Podcast team in India is focused on growing and evolving one of the world’s most dynamic creator ecosystems. We work closely with creators, podcast networks, agencies, and internal global teams to shape how podcast and video creators grow their audiences and build sustainable communities on Spotify. This role sits at the intersection of creator partnerships, culture, content strategy, and audience growth.
What You'll Do
- Drive strategies and execution plans to onboard and grow podcast and video creators on Spotify India
- Build strong relationships with creators, podcast networks, media partners, and agencies to support long-term ecosystem growth
- Lead creator outreach initiatives and manage day-to-day communications with creators and partners
- Identify high-potential creators and emerging voices across genres, regions, and formats in India
- Explore and execute growth opportunities through platform campaigns, marketing moments, live experiences, and social activations
- Partner cross-functionally with teams across marketing, analytics, editorial, and global podcast operations to support business priorities
- Develop scalable approaches to creator engagement, creator education, and operational excellence
- Monitor trends across podcasting, video formats, entertainment, and pop culture to inform creator acquisition and growth strategies
- Contribute ecosystem insights that help shape editorial thinking and platform storytelling opportunities
- Support creator operations and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across initiatives
Who You Are
- You have 6+ years of experience in entertainment, media, creator partnerships, podcasting, digital content, or related industries
- You have experience working directly with creators, influencers, talent, or partner-facing stakeholders
- You are deeply passionate about the creator economy, podcasting, video formats, and internet culture
- You understand the entertainment and cultural landscape across different regions and audiences in India
- You know how to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- You are comfortable balancing multiple priorities and operating in a fast-moving environment
- You have experience managing budgets, partnerships, campaigns, or commercial initiatives
- You care deeply about creator experience and relationship management
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage projects with strong follow-through
- You use data and insights to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and measure impact
- You communicate clearly and confidently across written communication, presentations, and stakeholder conversations
Where You'll Be
- This role is based in Mumbai
- We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
