Job Title: Senior / Principal Product Manager – HR: Employee Journeys and Lifecycle

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with 10+ years of experience, including at least 2+ years in HR SaaS applications, to design and implement employee journeys and HR analytics. In this role, you will lead the development of innovative solutions that enhance the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management, and deliver actionable workforce insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, and lead the development and optimization of end-to-end employee journeys across the employee lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement analytics for the HR features to address customer needs and improve decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to identify new opportunities and features that drive growth.
  • Plan and execute the product roadmap, managing cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Use customer insights, user feedback, and data to define product direction and enhance the user experience.
  • Ensure successful delivery of innovative HR-focused solutions and maintain alignment with customer needs.
  • Track product success metrics, ensuring delivery of high-value outcomes for customers.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in HR SaaS applications.
  • Deep knowledge of emerging trends in HR tech, including AI, employee engagement, and workforce analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with user empathy and a passion for great design.
  • Experience driving strategy, development, and launching innovative HR solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a track record of delivering exceptional products.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, including international travel.
