Position Summary:

This role provides high‑level administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure the MD’s office functions efficiently and professionally. This role requires exceptional discretion, strong business judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while acting as a trusted liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. The PMO Management Executive will act as a strategic partner to the MD, supporting high-level planning, business analysis, and execution of strategic initiatives.

 The Role: (Daily Responsibilities)

 

Governance & Business Support:

  • Support the MD on strategic initiatives, special projects, and cross‑functional coordination.

  • Conduct basic research, data analysis, and prepare executive summaries

  • Monitor key priorities and follow up with stakeholders to ensure execution

  • Support the MD in preparing strategy decks, board presentations, MIS reports, and business updates.

  • Track progress of strategic initiatives and follow up with cross-functional teams.

  • Assist in annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting exercises.

  • Organize board meetings, leadership meetings, and executive reviews.

  • Prepare minutes, track decisions, and ensure follow‑up on action items.

  • Maintain governance documentation and executive records.

MD & Leadership Support:

  • Act as a single point of coordination between the MD and senior leadership

  • Manage MD's priorities, meetings, and strategic agendas.

  • Capture meeting outcomes, action points, and ensure timely closure. Handle email correspondence, calls, and communications on behalf of the MD as appropriate.

  • Represent the MD in internal discussions when required.

Project & Stakeholder Management:

  • Coordinate cross-functional strategic projects

  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners

  • Ensure alignment of initiatives with organizational goals

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and senior leaders, clients, board members, and external partners.

  • Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism.

  

The Candidate (Requirements)

  • MBA OR PGDM (Finance OR Agri Business) with 5-year experience in a data analysis and similar role in a large corporate setup / MNC.

  • Experience and knowledge of General Administration will be added advantage.

  • Proven experience in assisting Leadership team

  • Excellent Business communication skills – Written & Verbal communication.

  • High proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
