Job Description – Project Manager

• Extensive experience in Wealth and Personal Banking, with knowledge in Wealth Advisory services.
• Strong background in digital transformation, with exposure to platforms like BlackRock Aladdin highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in leading large, complex transformation programs, delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Proficient in project and program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience managing multi-country engagements, with a strong understanding of regional nuances.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across geographies.
• Advanced Agile delivery experience, with hands-on knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning through execution and closure.
• Skilled in delivery governance, including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), RACI metrics, and escalation protocols.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and team collaboration.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of managing cross-functional, cross-regional teams effectively.
