Project Manager Capital Markets & Trading

• Level: 8+ years
• Location: Pune / Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Mumbai / Chennai / Gurgaon
• Years of Exp: 8+ Years (min 6+ years as Project Manager)
• Notice Period: Immediate
• Mandates: PM Skills + Capital Markets / Trading Domain Knowledge (see JD below) + Mobile / Web platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of trading and investment mobile app projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, enhancing customer journeys and optimizing business processes.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across geographies, ensuring timely decision-making and alignment.
• Apply Agile methodologies and tools to manage project execution effectively.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Maintain robust delivery governance, including RAID, RACI metrics, and escalation processes.
• Manage cross-functional, cross-regional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience within Banking and Financial Services.
• Strong Capital Markets & Trading domain knowledge, particularly in end-to-end trading journeys.
• Proven experience in mobile app trading solutions for investments and market transactions.
• Demonstrated success in digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
• Solid Agile delivery experience, with proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Exceptional communication and team leadership abilities.
