Plugin Eclipse Developer

 Responsibilities:

·         Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team, implementation partners, 3rd party vendors and other technology teams to ensure appropriate infrastructure selection, maintenance, policies and procedures are in place to support the CRM application environment.

·         Communicate development status on a regular basis to PM, Application Development and stakeholders, escalating any identified risks

·         Ensure the on-time delivery of enhancements or modifications to ongoing production E

·         Experience architecting complex large scale systems

·         Translate functional requirements into technical requirements

·         Ensure the best possible quality of the application

·         Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships (should be a confident self-starter)

·         Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging

Candidate should be a dynamic and enthusiastic engineer with the following skills:

·    

·         Expert in the PDE build process.

·         Experience of lazy loading of plugins.

·         Expert knowledge of OSGI.

·         Very basic knowledge of java.

·         Maven build plugin.

·         Experience and ability dive deep into various complex system to find the root cause.

·         Ant Scripts

Nice to have:

·         Experience of large-scale build related process.

·         Experience with Agile development methodologies.

·         Good estimation and summarization skill.
