The purpose of this role is to provide end to end leadership for a set of technology platforms in support of a business area such as procurement as part of Finance. Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first mover/earliest adopter of dentsu’s enterprise emerging technologies to rapidly test, prototype, understand them and subsequently enable our AI Builder and AI Assisted Business Users.
- Lean on rapid prototyping experience to create and disseminate enablement resources and content for both AI Builder and AI Assisted Business User personas across a variety of channels.
- Organize and program weekly office hours with experts from each cloud platform serve as an open forum for AI Builders to ask questions and receive support and guidance.
- Facilitate regional hackathon sessions to empower AI Builders with hands on experience working with the latest emerging technologies available from our partners.
- Serve as a conduit between technology vendors and the dentsu business to drive awareness of consultancy offerings and facilitate accelerator sessions hosted by vendors.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI and Automation to provide the most current and effective guidance.
- Partner with regional Learning and Development teams to provide enablement training to ensure dentsu employees have the necessary knowledge to utilize available AI resources, ideate and build impactful, viable and scalable use cases.
Qualifications & Experience requirement:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 8/12 years of experience, with at least 3+ years focused on AI or emerging technologies. Strong ability to dig into new technologies and understand their practical application to business problems. Previous experience with AI and cognitive agents such as UiPath AI Center (formerly AI Fabric), Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services, Google Cloud AI Platform, AWS AI/ML Services, etc preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and excellent networking skills with a focus on brokering information between technical roles and business facing roles. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong Business Analysis and presentation skills: the ability to understand our internal client needs, translate them into technical solutions and effectively communicate solutions to stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with AI POCs and pilots as well as leading learning sessions and events.
- Language: fluent English with Japanese language a plus.
