Position: Program Coordinator
Location: Gurugram / India / Remote

*Willing to work in night Shift from 6.30 PM - 4:00 AM IST (US EST time)**

A bit about you

We’re seeking a Platform Coordinator with at least 1 - 2 years of client and campaign management experience in Ad Tech/Digital Advertising to join our Platform team. The Platform Coordinator plays a key role in supporting GroundTruth’s business objectives by wearing multiple hats: product expert, campaign manager, data analyst, campaign optimizer, and cross-functional collaborator. A successful candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, a strong communication ability, and an eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

If you’re a digital advertising enthusiast with relevant technical account management experience, we invite you to join our Platform Specialist team at GroundTruth.

You will:

  • Collaborate with Platform Specialists and Team Leads to execute campaigns and projects.
  • Partner with peers to manage clients’ backend requirements, overcome daily challenges, and foster growth.
  • Support customer communication and always ensure a clear and professional tone.
  • Handle technical and operational tasks set by managers and senior staff.
  • Provide campaign management and optimization support, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Debug trafficking tags such as 1x1 pixels, JavaScript, VAST, Flashtalking, and DoubleClick.
  • Monitor hybrid campaigns and ensure full delivery.
  • Handle custom ad-hoc requests and reporting needs.
  • Traffic and create new campaigns using Groundtruth's Ads Manager platform 
  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of multiple campaigns simultaneously, leveraging data analytics to optimize results.
  • Act as the first point of contact for technical guidance, campaign setup, and training requests.
  • Review pacing reports and offer actionable recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements during cross-functional collaboration.
  • Track and resolve Zendesk Requests

  • 1 - 2 year of relevant experience in digital media, performance marketing, account management, or a similar role.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Master’s degree ideal but not required.
  • Experience trafficking campaigns and managing ad operations.
  • A passion for technology with a deep understanding of the mobile and digital advertising landscape.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with an ability to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote.

You are:
