The Planning and Execution Manager will drive channel marketing strategies, optimize performance metrics, and enhance customer acquisition through data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
- The Strategy & Planning Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic direction in channel marketing, BTL activity framework, productivity optimization and overall business performance optimization.
- This role involves data driven decision making, collaboration with cross functional teams and ensuring alignment with the bank’s growth objectives.
1. Channel Marketing Management:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to optimize customer acquisition across banks.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend data backed improvements.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion Tracking:
- Design and oversee lead generation strategies to drive growth.
- Implement a structured process for tracking leads from acquisition to closure.
- Work with sales and relationship management teams to improve conversion rates.
3. Productivity Monitoring & Performance Optimization:
- Develop and track KPIs for branch, digital, and direct sales teams to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement productivity enhancement initiatives based on market trends and internal data.
4. Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with finance, sales, and technology teams to align strategic goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support executive decision making.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, Marketing management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, planning, channel marketing in Insurance or retail banking.
- Proven track record in marketing management, sales funnel optimization, and performance management.
