Head – Digital

Reporting: Chief Distribution Officer (CDO)
Role Summary:
The Head – Digital will be responsible for driving Prudential Health India’s digital strategy, ensuring the growth and transformation of digital channels across all customer touchpoints. The role requires a visionary leader who can scale digital platforms, enhance customer experience, and lead transformation initiatives that integrate technology, distribution, and product innovation.
Typical Week Activities:
Own and drive digital channel growth across web, app, and aggregator platforms.
Act as subject matter expert on various “digital sales formats” across channels including direct to customer and B2B sales
Lead product management initiatives for digital platforms – ensuring superior UI/UX, performance, and customer engagement.
Design and execute digital distributor platform strategies to enhance sales, onboarding, and servicing journeys.
Drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization in collaboration with technology, marketing, and distribution teams.
Lead digital banca initiatives to integrate digital tools and journeys for partner channels.
Work cross-functionally with CX, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless customer journeys and data-driven decisions.
Track performance metrics, conversions, and ROI for all digital channels and recommend optimization strategies.
You Could Be the Right Candidate If You:
Have 8–12 years of experience in a high-performance leadership role within health insurance, health tech, insure tech, or e-commerce.
Have 4-6 years of experience in a senior leadership role driving digital growth, martech led acquisition, performance marketing, digital and byte sized contextual sales through traditional and non-traditional insurance distribution channels
Have a proven track record of scaling digital platforms and delivering measurable business growth.
Possess strong product mindset, analytical skills, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
Are hands-on with leading and influencing cross functional squads
Are preferably from a premier technology institute or B-school.
Demonstrate strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
