About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our dynamic People Operations team. This role will focus on streamlining HR processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering an exceptional employee experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of HR operations, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What Will You Do:
- People Operations:
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and transitions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate benefits administration, payroll processes, time-off, and attendance management.
- Participate and flex to work on numerous projects.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and systems for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams to implement new HR tools or updates.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Ensure accuracy in HRIS data and generate regular reports on key HR metrics.
- Assist in audits and compliance reporting as needed.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in People Operations
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Darwinbox, GreytHR, Bamboohr)
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Slack, GSuite.
