Role Description

The Analyst will support key strategic and operational activities across the Wealth Management Business Lending (WM BL) and WM BL COO space. The role focuses on central topic coordination, automation initiatives and performance management for DACB and FTE, ensuring high-quality analysis, governance, and operational efficiency.

Your key responsibilities

• Work on a portfolio of centralised control, process and administrative tasks in support of the global Lending business, both regular and ad hoc, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all tasks
• Identify process efficiencies and automation and/or harmonisation opportunities and drive global consistency
• Ensure ongoing dialogue with regional COO partners to ensure execution of central initiatives across the WM BL COO function such as global consistency programs, governance topics, and strategic deliverables.
• Collaborate with global teams (Germany, US, Europe, APAC) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of central COO forums, reporting, and cross‑functional activities.
• Contribute to preparation of materials for senior management, including dashboards, presentations, and oversight decks.

• Implement automation solutions as directed by senior team members to enhance efficiency and simplify operational processes across WM BL and WM BL COO functions.
• Develop and implement automation solutions using internal tools or partnered technology teams.
• Drive efficiency and consistency across reporting and internal processes.

• Support WM Business Lending Central COO team on central initiatives as required, including on performance management (cost tracking, forecasting, reporting, governance topics etc) as required.
• Partner with Central COO teams to ensure accurate, timely performance metrics and cost alignment.

Your skills and experience

• Post/ graduate-level degree with analytical skills
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Private Bank/ Wealth Management is preferred
• Ability to work independently, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are essential
• Strong communication skills with ability to clearly articulate one's viewpoints/ challenges
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Experience of working for global matrix organisations is preferred
• Good team skills and demonstrable ability to work within clearly defined KOPs
• Enthusiastic and a flexible team player, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
