The Impact of a Partner Portfolio Analyst at Coupa:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Partner Success Team as a Partner Portfolio Analyst (PPA). As a PPA, you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing partners in our independent delivery program across the EMEA and NA regions. Partners in this program consist of consulting and implementation practices, technology providers, and resellers focused on various areas such as source-to-contract, procure-to-pay, expense management, and more.
As a member of the Partner Success Team, the Partner Portfolio Analyst will focus on supporting partner delivery in the expanding Corporate and Mid-Market customer tiers. You will be responsible for assisting with partner implementations from kick-off through go-live, ensuring successful and timely execution. Your delivery experience, combined with industry and consulting knowledge related to SaaS solutions, will enable you to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, your demonstrated ability to manage and execute at scale will be essential in ensuring partner-led delivery success.
In this role, you will take ownership of key activities, dates, audits, and communication with Coupa delivery partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective partner management. Your strong organizational and project management skills will enable you to handle multiple activities and deadlines, delivering results under pressure. Knowledge of source-to-contract, procure-to-pay, expense management, and related business processes will be advantageous in supporting partner delivery efforts. Familiarity with partner ecosystems and experience working with consulting practices, technology providers, and resellers will also be desirable.
What You'll Do:
- Support the Partner Program Manager as the primary point of contact
- Maintain detailed information on assigned partners' projects, including key dates, project life cycle stages, and design/customer readiness documentation
- Provide visibility of projects to internal stakeholders
- Measure partner performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer product usage
- Regularly report on project status through dashboard reporting in SFDC
- Engage with partners to drive milestones and deliverables
- Facilitate meetings and project reviews
- Engage cross-functional support as needed
- Conduct periodic partner project audits
- A successful PPA will be able to demonstrate:
- Data accuracy and completion of all deliverables
- Consistency and compliance with program processes
- Identification and execution of program improvements
- Strong people management capabilities and drive to scale
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a background in channel and partner development, delivery, execution, or account management
- 2 to 4+ years of experience in SaaS delivery, preferably working with partners
- Experience working in an offshore/nearshore team structure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets or Excel
- Ability to support English-speaking clients
- Experience with the Coupa platform or other BSM platforms
- Coupa Certification is a plus
- Knowledge of technology partners in procurement and related fields
