Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Account Manager to join our Data Center Business team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with key partners to accelerate sales and maximize revenue opportunities. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring alignment on business objectives and driving joint success across the partner ecosystem.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Drive Partner Strategy & Growth: Develop and nurture strong relationships with strategic partners, resellers, and system integrators to align business objectives and execute joint business plans that maximize revenue.
Execute Go-To-Market Initiatives: Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to design and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns, ensuring partners are enabled with the necessary training and tools to position solutions effectively.
Ensure Governance & Performance: Monitor partner performance metrics against sales targets while ensuring strict adherence to commercial guidelines, data security requirements, and organizational compliance standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
8–12 years of experience in Partner, Channel, or Account Management, preferably within Data Center, Cloud, Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure, or Enterprise Solutions.
Strong knowledge of the data center ecosystem, including colocation, cloud, managed services, hardware, and network partners.
Proven ability in achieving sales quotas, driving partner revenue growth, and negotiating effectively at both executive and operational levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master of Business Administration preferred).
