Lead design, implementation, and governance of Privileged Access Management solutions. Create PAM documentation and standards, implement and operate BeyondTrust PRA/PWS, perform IT controls testing for GRC compliance, translate technical solutions into non-technical requirements, and collaborate with clients and leadership to align PAM with business and IT strategy.
As a PAM Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our Privileged Access Management approaches and ensuring the security and governance of our information assets. Your responsibilities will involve creating detailed documentation, implementing BeyondTrust PRA and PWS, and translating complex technical solutions into non-technical requirements. You will collaborate with clients, colleagues, and senior management to deliver effective PAM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive documentation for PAM technology standards and information security practices.
- Optimize PAM strategies by aligning with business needs and technology advancements.
- Implement and operate BeyondTrust PRA and PWS at Level 3.
- Develop internal and external checks and controls for information asset governance and security.
- Translate complex technical solutions into non-technical requirements documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
- Conduct IT controls testing and ensure compliance with GRC standards.
- Stay updated with evolving business requirements and technology capabilities.
- Ensure projects do not duplicate functionality or deviate from business and IT strategies.
- 4-7 years of experience in engineering enterprise-level Privileged Access Management projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of Privileged Access Management, preferably with BeyondTrust PAM products.
- Understanding of Active Directory and its core functions.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux server configuration and architecture.
- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and security standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
