Job Description:

The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day setup, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across paid channels including search, display, paid social, and programmatic media. Whether operating globally or locally, the role is embedded in Pluxee’s hub-and-spoke digital marketing structure and ensures tactical excellence in media buying, targeting, A/B testing, and performance reporting. The role requires strong technical know-how, attention to detail, and coordination across content, analytics, and demand generation teams to support business growth and lead acquisition.YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE Responsibilities: GLOBAL RESPONSIBILITIES (when positioned in the global hub) 1. Campaign Setup & Execution Build and activate global paid campaigns in platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and display networks. Implement audience targeting, geo-filtering, bidding strategies, and ad scheduling based on campaign plans. Support localization of global campaigns by coordinating with country teams for asset adaptation and deployment. 2. Optimization & Monitoring Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for key KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS). Recommend adjustments to bidding, ad copy, creatives, and targeting to improve conversion. Coordinate with global analytics teams to ensure accurate tagging, tracking, and attribution. 3. Cross-Market Support Provide tactical campaign support to country teams, including QA, troubleshooting, and executional guidance. Document campaign guidelines, naming conventions, tagging structures, and performance benchmarks for reuse. LOCAL RESPONSIBILITIES (when positioned in a country spoke) 1. Local Campaign Execution Set up and manage local paid campaigns aligned with national marketing plans and budget allocations. Customize global campaign assets (headlines, visuals, CTAs) to reflect market context and language. Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely launch and alignment with other digital activities. 2. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track and report on campaign metrics using GA4, ad platform dashboards, and internal tools. Support A/B testing initiatives across creatives, formats, audiences, and landing pages. Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to track lead quality and pipeline contribution. 3. Platform Maintenance & Hygiene Maintain audience lists, remarketing tags, exclusion rules, and campaign structures. Ensure proper use of UTM tracking, event tags, and naming standards for local execution. YOU ARE A MATCH IF... Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising, Communication, or related field. Work Experience: 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising campaign management or media buying. Global role: experience supporting multi-country or global campaigns is preferred. Local role: hands-on experience running paid campaigns in a market or region is required. Skills & Certifications: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and GA4. Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad formats, and performance optimization. Experience with programmatic buying platforms or DSPs (e.g., DV360) is a plus. Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are considered an asset. Languages: For global, regional, or area roles, fluency in English is required. Additional languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, or other relevant languages are an advantage. For local country leadership and management roles, fluency in the local language and English is required. For local individual contributor roles, fluency in the local language is required. English is considered an advantage as it supports communication, learning, and collaboration in a multinational context.
