Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement solutions using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are essential to maintain system reliability and user satisfaction throughout daily operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with application configuration and release management in packaged or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with integration using standard tools and application programming interfaces.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address system stability and performance challenges.
- Capability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and manage technical discussions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
