Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate release management activities to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe.
- Strong knowledge of application configuration and customization techniques within packaged and SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with integration using standard tools and application programming interfaces to extend application functionality.
- Experience working with low-code platforms to accelerate solution delivery and adapt to changing business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system stability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Natural.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
